I cannot truly express how happy I am with SS Customs. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall vehicle designs are superb. What truly deserves highlighted is their customer service - Shareef and his crew really care about my car. They will often say "If this were my car, here is what I would do." And that's it in a nutshell - they treat your car as if it were their own - with TLC and pride. This is not an ordinary experience - when your car is with SS Customs it is with a second home. I've had SSC clear wrap my front bumper, hood, and fenders. I've gone back to SSC and had graphics added like the Jake Punisher on my Hood and the side mirror black wrap. I've purchased after market Aero Packs (basically all the black trim) and they expertly assembled that onto my 'Vette as well. Later I've returned and had some of the Aero pieces clear wrapped and did a chrome emblem delete as well. I'm super impressed and highly recommend SS Customs to you.read more

SS Customs does a superior job when it comes to service, delivery, and results. I recently bought a new Acura TLX, both Tesh and Shareef took the time to give me all the options, while providing excellent suggestions for paint protection on my new car. When you first walk in, the shop is always busy, but that is a reflection of how well known these guys are in the area (and in my opinion) the best custom shop in the Bay.Nothing but solid results and an A+ service from SS Customs. My only real criticism is that you need to make sure you are proactive when scheduling follow-ups, they are at least booked out for weeks. I will be recommending SS Customs to everyone I know who is looking for some custom work on their rides. Thank you again, SS Customs!read more

I really can't say enough great things about Shareef and the crew at SS customs. I have had several transactions with SS Customs over the past year and every one of them has exceeded my expectations. I started going to SS customs just to purchase raw vinyl for some DIY projects. Even though my purchases were small and I was particular, they always took the time to work with me. In one instance I was trying to color match a white paint (difficult to do). When the order came in the match was just not close enough. They were very generous in taking back the unused vinyl and crediting my account. Most recently they performed a full xpel stealth PPF install my 2020 M2, transforming the gloss finish to a matte/satin and providing excellent paint protection. Additionally they blacked out the roof using black gloss ppf, added a number of custom black vinyl accents. Finally they wrapped the headlights in yellow and smoked the taillights. After the initial install there were some very minor design elements that I was not 100% satisfied with. These are the kinds of things you only notice as an owner of the vehicle. None the less, when I expressed my concerns during the follow up they were immediately addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. I typically have a hard time with vendors falling short of my expectations, and this is honestly the first 100% positive review I have ever written. However, in this case it is well deserved.read more

Shareef and his team absolutely killed it with my M5C. They took my car and completely transformed it, first by wrapping all painted surfaces in Xpel Stealth to change it from a gloss to a matte finish. Then they wrapped all the carbon fiber accents in clear Xpel wrap to protect those. The quality of their work and followup is outstanding. They had no issue fixing minor issues or putting on the finishing touches during my followup.I went back a second time to wrap the roof in Black Vinyl and again, they killed it. The detail is fantastic and the finish is great. They stand behind their work and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!!read more

Had a great experience with SS Customs. Tesh was very responsive and insightful throughout the entire process. Had an issue reattaching the spoiler (known issue in general with Model 3s) and they unhesitatingly redid my entire trunk. Their entire staff has been very friendly as well. Highly recommend them but be prepared to wait a bit since their schedules are pretty packed!read more

Any and all concerns were addressed, without pushback , b.s., or argument. They were sensitive and accommodating to our situation, that is: driving from a distance, with understanding of traffic and timing for appointments in the day.The work at the completion, was spectacular- the car gleaming after a total PPF wrap and Ceramic coating. They attached decals for our Tesla S 100D without extra charge as a kindness. There were a couple barely visible spots trapped under the wrap that my wife spotted( her laser vision caught it, as I was not blessed with such ability). It was duly noted corrected expeditiously and to our complete satisfaction. Friendly to boot, cold drinks if needed( it’s warm in Redwood City).Now we can clean our machine with simple soapy water or even just a soft towel, without $50-75 hand washing. I also feel safer since traumatized by a knife-wielding bicyclist who tore up the entire left side of the car a month after I bought it , this past April. That’s a whole other story that’s posted on Bay Area Tesla owners page.‘Nuf said? I think so.read more

SS Customs wrapped my Tesla S with a beautiful black matte and blacked out all the chrome. The results were more beautiful than I had imagined. Excellent service, great guys and a top notch workshop. This should be the go-to place for all car wraps and customization!read more

Excellent job by Shareef and team. I did full Xpel stealth on my Model 3, chrome delete, powder coated the wheels and tint all over. The guys did an outstanding job! Followed up in 3 months and they also did minor touch ups totally free. Very educated in the materials and techniques. Highly recommend them - just swing by and see for yourself - there are always 4-5 cars in there for you to get inspired, or they can do a 3D visualization of what your car can look like. Not all places will wrap properly and may damage your paint with knife marks or wraps that lift immediately. Tesh and team will make sure you're happy if the wrap or anything they do is off and that you are satisfied.read more

First of all, allow me to give you some context to my situation prior of getting my car wrapped by SS Customs.I went around and shopped a bit at a couple other places. I didn't really enjoy the way I was treated at these other places (one guy said that some parts of it will have to be plasti dipped and another guy had played a bait and switch tactic on me for the pricing). I stumbled upon SS Customs one day. I called and told them I wanted to stop by the shop to check them out. They said they close around 6, but some times will end up at work even around 7. I showed up at 7:30 (because my work hours sucks) with out a heads up. They were working hard to deliver their work to their customers!!! Shareef treated me excellently. The entire staff did. They were friendly, all of them. Their work ethic and passion shined through their manners. They CARE about their customers' cars!!I decided to pull the trigger and get my car wrapped by SS Customs, and I couldn't be happier. Hands down the BEST customer service as well as top tier skills and work. I would recommend SS Customs to anyone and everyone.read more
